OFFSITE TRAINING WITH SURVACAD
Recently, I had the privilege of leading a comprehensive training session for OnSurvey Group, a dynamic new client of SurvaCAD. This opportunity was both professionally rewarding and personally inspiring, as it highlighted the power of intuitive technology and the enthusiasm of a team eager to elevate their craft. OnSurvey Group may be a new adopter of SurvaCAD, but their connection to the software runs deeper than anticipated. During the session, I was humbled to learn that one of their team members has been using SurvaCAD since its early days in 1995. This seasoned professional’s longstanding trust in the platform and their enthusiastic endorsement to colleagues underscored the reliability and value SurvaCAD brings to the industry.
The training session was tailored to empower OnSurvey Group’s newer users, equipping them with the skills to maximise their investment in the platform. The goal was to help them harness the full potential of the software’s robust tools to produce high-quality, precise survey plans for their clients. Their engagement and curiosity created a collaborative and energising atmosphere, making the session both productive and enjoyable. What stood out most was how quickly the new users adapted to SurvaCAD’s intuitive interface and specialised features. By the end of the session, the team was not only navigating the platform with greater confidence but also expressing genuine excitement about the possibilities it unlocked.
This experience reaffirmed the importance of hands-on training in bridging the gap between technology and its users. For OnSurvey Group, SurvaCAD represents a powerful tool to create accurate, professional-grade cadastral plans that meet the exacting standards of the industry. The team’s enthusiasm was palpable, and their commitment to leveraging the software to its fullest potential was inspiring. It was a reminder of why we do what we do: to empower professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in a competitive and detail-oriented field.
I would like to extend my thanks to Kieran Mackay and the entire OnSurvey Group team for their warm welcome and dedication during the training session. It was a privilege to work with such a motivated group and to witness their transformation into becoming more confident SurvaCAD users. This training session was more than just a technical exercise, it was a collaborative journey that highlighted the value of partnership, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence. We look forward to supporting OnSurvey Group as they continue to grow and succeed with SurvaCAD.
